As a Pre/Post Sales Engineer, Ishtiyak wears many hats. His day-to-day includes running proof-of-concept demos, implementing client-specific cybersecurity solutions, and conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). He works across a wide range of cybersecurity tools, from Privileged Access Management (PAM) to Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM).

“The technical work is rewarding, but so is the collaboration,” he says. “Whether it's problem-solving with teammates or helping a client through a security audit, you feel like you're making a real impact.”

“One of the most satisfying parts of my job is when a client tells us that our solutions helped them pass a major compliance check or recover from a security event. That’s when you know your work is meaningful.”
