Meet Falak: Connecting People, Culture & Growth
When asked how she describes her job to friends who aren’t familiar with the HR world, Falak smiles and brings it down to one simple idea:
“I help connect the right talent with the right opportunities while making sure the entire employee experience, from hiring to onboarding and beyond, runs seamlessly.”
Her role extends far beyond traditional HR. Falak collaborates across departments, working with vendors, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. She sees herself as a bridge between people, processes, and performance.
And if she had to describe her journey at Agile in one word? “Rewarding.”
1.5 Years at Agile: A Journey of Learning & Belonging
After joining AgileMTech around a year and a half ago, Falak knew she was stepping into a space that valued its people. A professional work environment, continuous learning opportunities, and a people-focused culture topped her list of reasons to join.
Every day starts with purpose:
“I check my emails, go through my tasks, and plan my priorities. It helps me stay organised and focused.”
Her favourite tasks? Employer branding and engagement activities, where she gets to blend creativity with meaningful employee interactions.
Stepping Outside the Comfort Zone
Growth, for Falak, didn’t come from staying where things felt familiar.
“I wish I knew on day one that stepping out of your comfort zone is where real growth begins.”
Agile has played a big role in pushing those boundaries. She highlights how taking ownership of projects, leading independently, and being trusted with responsibilities helped her evolve professionally and personally.

A Fun Fact: The HR Who Hires…and Bakes! 🎂
Not many people know that Falak is also AgileMTech’s unofficial baker.
What started as a simple hobby turned into a mini office tradition when she baked a cake for our CEO’s birthday. The cake was a hit, and before she knew it, she became the go-to “cake person” for celebrations.
“I don’t mind being known as the HR who handles both hiring and dessert duties!”
We certainly aren’t complaining.
Looking Ahead: Growth, Responsibility & New Horizons
As for her future at Agile, Falak is excited about opportunities to learn more, grow in her role, and take on greater responsibilities within the company.
And her advice to new joiners?
“Be open to learning, stay proactive, and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Feedback helps you grow continuously.”
